Our reservation staff are available Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 5.30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Follow our 3-steps to book online. At the end, you will be asked to pay a 20% deposit which confirms your reservation.
Check Daily Payment Limits: Your bank account may have a daily payment limit in place. We recommend contacting your bank or checking your internet banking to ensure the limit is not set to below your 20% deposit payment amount.
Special Offers: If there is a special offer on the voyage or you have a promo code, you will receive two confirmation emails. The first one is the initial automatic confirmation generated by our system. The second is manually sent by our reservations team during office hours and will include relevant discounts added to your booking and deducted from the final payment.
