Reduced Fares on New Australias 2021 Departures:

This option is suitable for guests who are flexible in their travel times but would like to travel in a private cabin without paying a single supplement. Standby Single fares are applicable to any cabin category of your choice on each ship. Standby Single guests will be placed on a standby list for their desired trip and will be contacted 30 days prior to departure. Should there be availability, those on the list will be contacted on a first-come, first-serve basis and will only be charged at the twin-share rate (no single supplement). Please note that Standby Single fares do not guarantee you a place on the ship. We are unable to predict availability and you will be informed of your status at 30 days prior to departure. Not combinable with any other offers including Xplorer’s Club benefits.

Single Occupancy fares are for guests who would like a confirmed booking on a particular voyage and a private cabin. Single Occupancy fares apply to our designated single cabin category on each ship. These fares include a single supplement but this will be cheaper than booking a cabin for yourself at the normal double-occupancy rate. Single Occupancy fares give you certainty of travel.

Single Guest Match is suitable for guests who are flexible in their travel times but are willing to share a cabin with another guest of the same sex. Like the Standby Singles, they too will be placed on a standby list and will be notified as soon as a match becomes available. Once confirmed, they will only be charged at the twin-share rate (no single supplement). Unlike the Standby Singles, it is possible that you could obtain a confirmation well ahead of departure if we are able to match you with another single traveller of the same sex willing to share a cabin. In any case, we will respond to you within 30 days of travel. You can specify a cabin category for Single Guest Match or leave it open to our Reservations team to match.
