Eagle Bay
The walk from Eagle Bay to Bunker Bay is approximately 5.8 km return and takes around 1.5 to 2 hours to complete.
The walk from Eagle Bay to Meelup Beach is approximately 6.6 km return and takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.
The walk from Cape Naturaliste to Sugarloaf Rock is 3.5 km one way and takes roughly 1 hour to complete. Transport is required between the start or end point and Eagle Bay.
The Cape Naturaliste Loop is a 2.4 km return walk that takes around 45 minutes. This walk also requires transport between the start or end point and Eagle Bay.
The Cape to Cape Track from Cape Naturaliste to Smiths Beach is a 17 km one-way walk that takes approximately 4.5 hours to complete. Although the track has relatively little elevation gain, it is exposed to the elements and heat, so participants should be fit and physically capable. Transport is required between the start or end point and Eagle Bay.
Point Ann
The Point Ann Heritage Trail is a 1.5 km return walk that takes approximately 1 hour to complete.
The Mamang Trail offers varying sections, with the full trail covering 15.5 km one way over sand and mixed terrain. Expedition Leaders can choose shorter sections based on the group’s fitness and ability.
Cheynes
The Cheynes Beach Walk is a 5 km return walk that takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete. The walk follows the full length of the beach and can be shortened as needed. It involves beachcombing over sand.
The Arpenteur Nature Reserve Loop is a 5 km return walk that also takes around 1.5 hours. This trail is exposed to the elements and requires a good level of fitness. The full loop crosses a 4×4 track, so it is recommended that Expedition Leaders walk only as far as the Tourist Rocks lookout and return the same way to avoid road traffic.
Agusta
The Boranup Forest Loop is a 5 km return walk that takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete.
The Cape to Cape Track from Cosy Corner to Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse (or vice versa) covers a varied distance depending on the section chosen. The full section is around 20 km and takes approximately 5 hours to complete, with large stretches of sand. This walk is only recommended for physically fit and experienced hikers. Transport is required to or from Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse and back to the ship.
