I’ve loved cooking since I was a young boy. After spending time working in Thailand, I travelled around South America and Europe and found a love for Spanish cuisine, where I moved into executive chef for La Rambla, a popular tapas bar on the well-known Adelaide CBD Peel Street for 4 years. I then moved up into wine country and have made Hahndorf my home, now as Executive Chef at Sidewood Estate.
Food is my life. My passion. South Australian produce tells a story of simplistic intricacy. With some of the freshest wild seafood in the world, to sustainably farmed proteins, and fruit and veggies. Our suppliers take pride in what they provide us with each day. We as chefs have a job to provide a product that pays homage to the origin of that ingredient.
